The Controller reports to the Executive Director and is responsible for fiscal administration of approximately nineteen (19) contracts with local, state, and federal government agencies that provide federal funding subject to OMB Circular A-133 compliance requirements and which will receive additional scrutiny during the annual audit as required by Circular A-133 . These contracts are also subject to federal regulations governing procurement and allowable costs.
The Controller must be skilled and experienced in assuring the underlying systems for documenting reimbursement requests are fully compliant with the expectations of each Contract Officer. The Contract Officers will make a variety of contract administration requests that will require quick turn-around and the Controller is expected to respond in a timely manner. The Controller must be able to manage the nuances and numerous details of the contracts efficiently and effectively.
